Condition assessment(s) of rail vehicles can be useful for asset valuation and asset condition as well as assisting decisions in whether to overhaul existing vehicles, modify existing vehicles or commission new build. A condition assessment of rail vehicles is also highly recommended whenever alterations to an existing maintenance regime are being considered.
